To prepare for the upcoming season, the Sabres will be perfecting all their fundamentals. Blocking, tackling, running, and passing will be practiced on the field. Combine preparation will work speed, agility, form, and conditioning. NO previous experience necessary! Prepare to be elite! Prepare for GREATNESS!

Sabre Tennis Camp provides individuals of varying skills and abilities a chance to learn or improve their tennis game, enhance their love of the sport, meet new friends and, most importantly HAVE FUN! The camp will focus on teaching tennis techniques and strategies, building strength and endurance, improving agility, and enhancing players’ coordination and speed. Players will also work on improving their mental toughness, shot selection, and stroke production. No prior tennis experience is required. All aspects of the game will be covered. Please bring a water bottle.

Camp dates: 7/21-7/25

This is a strength and speed development camp. Student-athletes will have the opportunity to get stronger in the weight room and faster on the track and Millennium Field. This camp is open to any and all students. You will receive coaching from multiple SHS Coaches.

The Volleyball Camp will focus on individual skills (passing, hitting, serving and etc.) footwork, offense, defense, and team concept. High school athletes will be taught offensive and defensive concepts for the high school season. Athletes will build individual skills needed for the game of volleyball and get many opportunities to work and build team skills in gameplay.
