Join us for a fun coed Soccer Camp designed especially for students in 1st–3rd grade! Campers will learn basic soccer skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork, through games and activities. Our goal is to help young players build confidence, stay active, and have fun while developing a love for the game. No experience necessary—just bring your energy and a water bottle!

Athletes of all experience levels looking to have fun, make friends, and increase speed and endurance will enjoy cross-country camp!  Throughout our time together, campers will participate in a variety of games and activities to train for distance running, work on team-building exercises, and improve running form and mechanics.  Runners will have an opportunity to train with former Troy state team members and to practice on our season course.  All participants are encouraged to wear gym shoes, athletic clothing, and to bring their own water.

Get ready to run, jump, and have a blast at our Elementary Track Camp! Athletes will learn the fundamentals of track and field in a fun, positive environment designed just for young athletes. From sprints and relays to long jump and fun fitness games, participants will build speed, coordination, and confidence while making new friends. Whether your child is brand new to track or already loves to race, this camp is all about skill development, teamwork, and having fun!

This camp will assist in creating some basic knowledge for the sport of wrestling. We will establish the skills and mindset it takes to be a successful athlete. This is a good opportunity for all grades and all levels of experience to get on the wrestling mats. We encourage all interested participants to come no matter their prior knowledge. We will incorporate drills that will develop muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. After the completion of the camp, all participants will receive more information to further advance their skill sets. As well as receive some information on Wrestling clubs in the area. The Troy Wrestling team is only for incoming 5th graders – 8th graders. We still encourage younger camp participants interested in the sport to check out the clubs and continue their wrestling training to be ready for 5th Grade.

The Troy Summer Girls Basketball Camp will teach fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and the principles of man-to-man defense.  During camp there will be fun contests to practice each skill.

This camp is for those who want some extra training to help develop for their current or upcoming sports seasons as well as for anyone that is interested in working out or learning how to work out properly and safely.

Everyone is welcome! Strengthen and stretch your body and mind, See Mrs. D. Johnson (room 163) for a permission form/questions. Supplies provided. Yoga is a physical activity that includes poses, mindfulness, and breathing techniques. Yoga helps build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, as well as increased focus. TMS Yoga Club is for any student interested in practicing yoga and mindfulness, or who wants to learn more. Students will learn to use breathing and yoga poses to help calm the mind and body, manage stress, enhance concentration, increase self-awareness, and develop strength and flexibility through activities, games, and crafts.

Open to all skill levels, this camp focuses on building fundamentals like grip, footwork, serving, clears, drops, and smashes through engaging drills and game play.

Campers will develop confidence, improve coordination, and learn strategy for both singles and doubles in a positive, encouraging environment. Whether you're new to the sport or looking to improve, this camp is a great way to grow your skills and have fun!

Learn the basics of badminton.  Instruction includes essential badminton techniques and skills focusing on speed, power, agility, endurance, discipline, mental toughness and good sportsmanship  Campers will be taught fundamental skills using drills and scrimmages. Grip, racquet positioning, serving, body balance and first-step directional movement are emphasized.

This camp requires a minimum of 30 campers.

This club is open to all students regardless of skill level who would like the opportunity to play video games in a casual setting, both cooperatively and competitively. Students will be able to play select titles on Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Titles may vary, but generally the games that may be available include Super Smash Brothers, Mario Kart, Splatoon, 2K sports titles, Marvel Rivals, Marvel SNAP, Brawlhalla, and Rocket League. We do have limited equipment available for use, so participants are encouraged to bring their own Nintendo switch and/or Xbox controllers, headphones, and mouse/keyboard. Students will also need to have their own (free) accounts to access select titles. Students would need to have accounts created for Steam, Epic Games, Riot Games, and Xbox.

There is a max of  20 students.

This camp is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for any 5th - 8th grader who wishes to try out for the Competitive Cheer Team, but is open for all students. This 4 day camp will give campers the opportunity to learn and practice various cheerleading techniques, including arm motions, facials, cheers, jumps, dance, and beginner / intermediate stunts. Introductory stunting will be taught progressively to ensure safety and skill development.

On the final day of the camp, campers will showcase their newly acquired skills in a special performance routine for family and friends during the last 15 minutes of camp!

This week-long dance camp is designed to help campers develop self-confidence, flexibility, and musicality while introducing them to the sport of dance and advancing their skills to the next level.

The Dance participants will learn a variety of short dance routines.  The participants will practice basic dance moves and jumps.  The Dance Camp gives an excellent opportunity for incoming 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who want to try out for the team.  For 3rd and 4th graders, it will help prepare them if they plan on trying out in 5th grade.

Golf Camp

Golf Camp provides boys and girls with an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game while gaining an appreciation for its rules, etiquette, and overall enjoyment. Campers will spend the majority of their time developing skills in putting, chipping, and practicing on the driving range.

Whether you are new to golf or looking to refine your technique, this camp focuses on building confidence and consistency in driving, chipping, and putting through hands-on coaching, practice drills, and helpful tips to improve your game.

If you have your own clubs, please bring them. A limited number of clubs will be available for campers who need them.

This is the perfect place to learn the basics, make new friends, and have fun on the course. Come ready to play, learn, and take your golf game to the next level!
