This camp is dedicated for all current and future Bulldogs to improve as individuals. This camp is intended to work with players on a more personal level to improve ball handling, passing, shooting and agility. No team concepts will be discussed. Camp T-shirt included. Students will have one hour group sessions with the high school coaches, working on swing mechanics and practice habits. The last two dates of the camp will be held at Renwood Golf Course to work on putting, chipping and using the driving range! Golfers will receive a 9 hole voucher to Renwood to use during the summer.

Summer camp will focus on fundamentals, building fitness, and team building. Any Wauconda athlete interested in running in the fall should join the team for summer training. You can't succeed in the fall without a strong base in the summer!  XC is a no cut, all inclusive sport.

We strongly encourage all girls interested in playing Flag Football at WHS to attend this summer camp. This week will help provide athletes with knowledge about the concepts and rules of the game as well as prepare them for the fitness level needed to be successful on the field. Players will work on flag pulling, passing, catching, route running, and game awareness. Please bring a water bottle, running shoes, cleats (if possible) and a mouthguard (if possible).

Girls' Bowling camp is open to all high school girls' interested in bowling. Camp will be held at 3D Bowl in Island Lake. Cost is $113.60 which includes 4-5 games per day. Please pay on ePay before the first day of camp, as registration is not complete until payment is received.

D118 students entering 6th thru 9th grades can attend our four day summer camp this July. Players will get introduced to some of the WHS soccer coaches, as well as players who have been working with the program for a number of years. Regsitrants will participate in developing footwork, passing, and shooting drills, as well as play in a small sided games and scrimmages. Bring running shoes, soccer cleats, shin guards and a water bottle each day. Camp T-shirt included.

This camp is for students who are in high school or those who can compete at the high school varsity level. The camp will focus on footwork, strategy, ground strokes, serves, games, and other skills to improve tennis knowledge and ability. Campers will play competitive matches and compete in competitive drills. (maximum of 36 campers)

This camp is designed to provide athletes with drills and techniques to produce a competitive winning program. This camp is for athletes aspiring to play in high school and beyond and will focus on improving the fundamental skills of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and individual defense. It will also focus on offensive and defensive systems.

This all skills camp is open to boys and girls. Camp is not position specific and is designed to meet the needs of all volleyball players. Skill development is emphasized through on court instruction in the following areas:  serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defense. In addition, camp will allow time to develop team on court skills such as communication, team offense, team defense, reception, and coverage.
