We strongly encourage all girls interested in playing Flag Football at WHS to attend this summer camp. This week will help provide athletes with knowledge about the concepts and rules of the game as well as prepare them for the fitness level needed to be successful on the field. Players will work on flag pulling, passing, catching, route running, and game awareness. Please bring a water bottle, running shoes, cleats (if possible) and a mouthguard (if possible).

This all skills camp is open to boys and girls. Camp is not position specific and is designed to meet the needs of all volleyball players.
