WHAT IS MENTAL PERFORMANCE TRAINING?
A structured program designed to help student-athletes develop the mindset and habits needed to perform at their best—in the classroom, on the field, in competition, and in life.
ATHLETES WILL LEARN HOW TO:
-Build confidence and a strong competitive mindset
-Improve focus and concentration during practices and games
-Manage pressure, nerves, and adversity
-Develop routines for consistent performance
-Strengthen leadership, communication, and resilience
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All West Aurora student-athletes (incoming freshmen through seniors) who want to gain a competitive edge—regardless of sport or experience level.
WHY IT MATTERS:
When physical ability is equal, mental performance makes the difference. This program gives our athletes tools they can use immediately and carry with them long after the season ends.
